提出惠州世界级石化产业基地应该不仅是产业规模上的世界级,还必须是健康、安全与环保绩效上的世界级。要实现石化新城与绿色港湾的和谐共生,就要推进石化产业集聚发展、实现生态可持续,推进产业一体化运行、实现园区经济再循环,推进大项目带动战略、提升企业清洁生产水平。
It is suggested that Huizhou’s world-class petrochemical industry base should not only be a world-class industrial scale, but also a world-class level in terms of health, safety and environmental performance. In order to realize the symbiosis between Petrochemical New City and Green Harbor, it is necessary to promote the agglomeration and development of petrochemical industry, realize the ecological sustainability, promote the integrated operation of industries, realize the recycling of the park economy, promote the strategy of leading large projects and upgrade the level of cleaner production of enterprises.
