Weinberg和Penman于十余年前发现真核细胞核内含有一类小分子量RNA,称为核内SnRNA,分子量为4—10s,其大小为90—220核苷酸,这类RNA仅存在于核内,具有不常见的5′一末端结构,但其功能还不清楚。据Maffioi等报告某些红斑狼疮病人血清中含有抗多种真核细胞核中核蛋白复合物(ribonucleo—protein Complex)的直接抗体,Lerneγ及Steitz最近证明此复合物的RNA就是SnRNA。本文为获得纯的SnRNAs,需先分离纯细胞核,我们采用Bush及Smetana(1970)方法
