无麻醉禁忌的人流患者60例,按6.0mg/kg将硫喷妥钠经静脉缓慢输入,紧接着静注芬太尼 0.05mg,意识丧失后开始手术。术中镇痛效果达优级者54例(占90%),即术中无痛,无痛苦表现,安静合作;良级者即仅有轻度下腹疼5例(占8.3%);只有1例(占1.7%)难以合作须改其它麻醉,术中SBP、DBP、MAP及 SpO2均无明显变化。
