脑卒中后肢体功能的康复一直是人们关注的重点。肢体功能的康复主要得益于神经的可塑性。研究表明,脑卒中后肢体功能的恢复可通过学习和康复训练重新塑造。对于神经功能的评估目前主要依赖各种临床量表,功能磁共振成像的发展为脑卒中后运动功能恢复的研究提供了新的方法和客观依据,在神经可塑性的研究中占据了重要地位。本文综述了近年来功能磁共振在脑卒中后运动功能重塑评估中的价值、临床应用,和对今后的展望。
The rehabilitation of limb function after stroke has always been the focus of attention. Rehabilitation of limb function mainly due to nerve plasticity. Research shows that recovery of limb function after stroke can be reshaped through learning and rehabilitation training. At present, the assessment of neurological function mainly depends on various clinical scales. The development of functional magnetic resonance imaging provides a new method and an objective basis for the study of motor function recovery after stroke, and occupies an important position in the study of neuroplasticity. This review summarizes the value, clinical application, and future prospects of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the assessment of motor function after stroke in recent years.
