依据短周期贴面生产线的工艺流程,设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的短周期贴面生产线控制系统,从硬件设计和软件编程两个方面对控制系统进行设计分析,阐述了热压机的控制周期流程及软件程序,经过软件测试和现场调试,贴面线能实现全自动化生产。
According to the process flow of short-period veneer production line, the control system of short-period veneer production line based on PLC and touch screen was designed.
