服务型政府建设是政府职能转变的重要方向,是实现为人民服务这一宗旨的重要推动力量。本文主要通过对服务型政府的解析,以苏区革命老区为例,在国家提倡苏区振兴的背景下,探讨如何有效的改变苏区的执政理念以及苏区服务型政府建设发展的策略。希冀可以在新常态下,苏区政府职能的转变提供理论推动力。
The construction of service-oriented government is an important direction for the transformation of government functions and an important driving force for the realization of serving the people. In this paper, mainly through the analysis of service-oriented government to the Soviet Union as an example of the old revolutionary base areas in the country to promote the revitalization of the Soviet Union in the context of how to effectively change the concept of governance in the Soviet Union and Soviet-style service-oriented government construction and development strategies. Hope that under the new normal, the Soviet government functions to provide a theoretical impetus to change.
