目的探讨提高牙龈癌患者的生活质量及生存率的有效护理措施。方法对牙龈癌患者从身体上、心理上以及社会支持上给予关注和指导,采取预防感染和并发症的护理措施。结果无一例发生严重的并发症,大大缩短了患者的住院时间。结论牙龈癌患者病情易反复,加强临床护理、健康宣教、积极预防和治疗并发症,可大大提高患者生活质量,降低其病死率。
Objective To explore effective nursing measures to improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients with gingival cancer. Methods Gaggle cancer patients from physical, psychological and social support to give attention and guidance, to take to prevent infection and complications of nursing interventions. No one case of serious complications occurred, greatly reducing the patient’s hospital stay. Conclusion The patients with gingival cancer are prone to recurrences. Strengthening clinical nursing and health education, and actively preventing and treating complications can greatly improve the quality of life of patients and reduce their mortality.
