阐明信息技术和信息产业是推动国民经济和社会发展的主要驱动力 ,四川省把电子信息产业作为加快四川经济发展、实现跨越式发展的“一号工程” ,符合世界发展潮流。简要介绍美国信息技术前沿发展情况 ,指出推进技术进步、发展高新技术企业要切合我国我省的实际情况 ,确定一个颇具特色的企业经营理念 ,事关企业的生存和发展 ,高科技企业要坚持搞好管理创新 ,充分发挥现代信息技术在管理创新中的作用 ,通过制定和落实一系列政策在人才引进、培养、使用上高度重视人才工作 ,要把抓发展的主要精力放在着力营造良好的投资环境上 ,发挥我省在市场、劳动力、资源等方面的明显优势 ,努力实现我省信息产业的跨越式发展。
To clarify that information technology and information industry are the main driving forces to promote national economy and social development, Sichuan Province takes the electronic information industry as the “No.1 Project” to speed up economic development in Sichuan and achieve leapfrog development in line with the world development trend. It briefly introduces the development of the information technology in the United States.
