目的:观察左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)的不良反应,探讨其使用的安全性。方法:选择放置LNG-IUS的妇女75例,分别观察其在3个月、6个月、1年所出现的不良反应,并用B超观察不同时期子宫内膜厚度及卵泡发育情况。结果:75例都存在月经的改变;部分使用者存在不同程度的不良反应;LNG-IUS对子宫内膜的抑制作用强于排卵抑制,使用1年时卵泡发育基本正常或接近于正常。结论:LNG-IUS系统用于避孕和治疗多种疾病时存在一些不良反应,但多数是可以控制或是可逆的,是安全可靠的。
Objective: To observe the adverse reactions of levonorgestrel intrauterine system (LNG-IUS) and to explore its safety. Methods: Seventy-five women with LNG-IUS were enrolled in this study. Adverse reactions were observed at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year respectively. The endometrial thickness and follicular development at different stages were observed with B ultrasound. Results: There were some changes in menstruation in 75 cases. Some patients had different degrees of adverse reactions. LNG-IUS had stronger inhibitory effect on endometrium than ovulation inhibition. Follicular development at 1 year was normal or close to normal. Conclusion: LNG-IUS system has some adverse reactions when used in contraception and in the treatment of various diseases, but most of them are controllable or reversible and safe and reliable.
