通过对不同喷射距离的射流抛光实验,研究了喷射距离影响材料去除函数的复杂表现和机理。喷射距离对材料去除函数的影响主要表现在材料的去除率变化和去除范围变化,其中,喷射距离对冲击去除区和壁面磨蚀区的材料去除率的影响作用是不同的。基于冲击射流理论分析,引入修正因子,分别对壁面磨蚀区和冲击去除区的材料去除函数受喷射距离的影响作用进行了理论分析和模型构建,比较实验数据曲线和理论函数曲线,结果显示,理论模型和实验结果符合较好。在此基础上,对射流抛光的材料去除分布函数进行了修正。
Through the jet polishing experiments with different jetting distance, the complicated performance and mechanism of jetting distance affecting the material removing function were studied. The effect of jetting distance on the material removal function is mainly reflected in the change of material removal rate and the change of removal range. The effect of jetting distance on the material removal efficiency of impact removal zone and wall erosion zone is different. Based on the theory of impinging jet, a correction factor was introduced. Theoretical analysis and model construction of material removal function in wall erosion area and impact removal area were carried out. The experimental data curve and theoretical function curve were compared. The results showed that theory The model and experimental results are in good agreement. On this basis, the material removal distribution function of jet polishing is modified.
