本文以作者对乙醛装置的催化剂活性监控专家系统的研究为实例,探讨了一类用于工业过程控制的实时专家系统的设计原理和方法在专家系统的三个主要构成:数据库、知识库、搜索技术方面,提出了一些适用于实时控制的新技术和新概念,如:具有数据系统的动态数据库的结构;从控制对象的历史数据资料中归纳出基于规则的知识库;以及能在多维解空间中满足推理搜索的高时效性的启发式搜索技术——目标制导函数GDF,并且完成了系统的TURBO-PROLOG语言实现。
