房山县窦店大队是北京市的农业现代化综合试点。1978年起开始搞选择性机械化。目前田间作业综合机械化程度已达到80%左右,牧业机械化水平也较高。全大队4500亩耕地平均亩产1400斤,已有80%的劳力转移到工副业,1982年人均集体分配410元。大队用于农牧业生产的大中型拖拉机13台,手扶拖拉机4台,汽车2辆,收割机6台,机引农具44台件,平均每亩耕地投资100元。六年来大队和驻点科技人员坚持农机与农艺结合,搞选择性机械化。选择性机械化的方向除降低机械化投资以外,主要是发展那些可以直接起到增产作用或能够充分利
