用反复脑缺血再灌合并低血压造成小鼠学习记忆障碍模型,以跳台法、水迷宫法观察抗呆合剂对小鼠脑缺血再灌后学习记忆功能的改善作用,结果显示抗呆合剂可改善脑缺血再灌损伤造成的学习记忆障碍。
The model of learning and memory impairment in mice was induced by repeated cerebral ischemia and reperfusion with low blood pressure. The effect of Kangduiheji on learning and memory function after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in mice was observed by the method of step-down and water maze. It can improve the learning and memory impairment caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
