入静在气功修炼中占有相当重要的位置,高深层次的境界,大多都是在入静状态下达到的。笔者根据自己多年来的练功体会,总结了几种入静的方法,许多人如法试之,果然有效。 一、“不断意想”之法。因为每个人都是宇宙当中的一个生命体,也可以说,我们每个人是一个小宇宙,与大宇宙是休戚相关的。大宇宙的灵气(也叫真气、混元气)在时时孕育着我们,正象甘露滋润禾苗一样,在悄悄地恩泽于每一个人。当我们入静时,内心充满喜悦,意想自身沐浴在宇宙的灵气中,感受着轻飘飘、悠然自得的美妙意境。一切杂念都任凭其自由流动,只要不忘掉自己是在沐浴就行了。意想沐浴在宇宙灵气中的美妙感觉,便会逐渐代替一切杂念,使其不断而自断。 二、“无我”之法。进入静态时,不要在意自身,不要想到自己在练功。将一
