巴曲酶在鼻内窥镜手术中的止血作用

鼻内窥镜手术出血是导致各种并发症的主要原因,因此减少术中出血,提高手术野的清晰度对防止并发症具有重要意义。我科自2001年9月开始在鼻内窥镜手术前应用巴曲酶(Batroxobin)止血,效果满意,报告如下。
