《意见》出台:为社会组织发展保驾护航的顶层设计近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于改革社会组织管理制度促进社会组织健康有序发展的意见》,并发出通知,要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻执行。《意见》的出台,标志着我国社会组织发展步入新阶段,也意味着我国社会治理领域发生新变化,必将深刻影响社会经济发展。
