CO_2气体保护焊工艺方法以其独特的优势,在工业发达国家得到了广泛的应用。目前,西欧CO_2焊丝占焊接材料总量的53%,日本达到41%,美国为31%。我国的CO_2焊丝研制与开发始于50年代末,但始终停留在研究阶段。近10年来CO_2焊丝的发展较快,我国从国外引进40多套生产设备,全国焊丝生产厂现已发展到130家,年生产能力为15t。目前CO_2焊丝的年产量约为8～9万t,所占焊材总产量的比例为9%,与国外差距较大。
CO_2 gas shielded welding process with its unique advantages in industrialized countries have been widely used. At present, the CO 2 wire in Western Europe accounts for 53% of the total welding materials, 41% in Japan and 31% in the United States. China CO 2 wire research and development began in the late 1950s, but always stay in the research stage. Over the past 10 years, the development of CO 2 wire has been rapid. China imported more than 40 sets of production equipment from abroad. The number of wire production plants in the country has now grown to 130 with annual production capacity of 15 tons. At present, the annual output of CO_2 wire is about 80,000 to 90,000 tons, accounting for 9% of the total output of welding consumables, which has a big gap with foreign countries.
