目的了解嘉兴市第一医院头孢菌素药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,促进合理用药。方法对医院2010~2011年期间收集的87例头孢菌素ADR报告进行统计、分类并分析。结果 87例头孢菌素ADR中,60岁以上的老年人所占的比例最大,达到39.1%,不良反应发生最少的年龄段为10~20岁之间,仅有2例,占2.3%;药品不良反应报告来源最多的为药师,有53例,占总例数的60.9%,来自临床医务人员的报告仅为34例,占到39.1%;三代头孢引起的ADR居首位,62例,占71.3%,其次二代头孢菌素22例,占25.3%;临床表现以皮肤及附属器损伤最为常见,共计80例,占70.2%。结论应重视药品不良反应监测及相关知识的宣传,避免或减少不良反应的发生,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To understand the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in the First Hospital of Jiaxing and to promote rational drug use. Methods 87 cases of cephalosporin ADR collected in the hospital from 2010 to 2011 were collected, classified and analyzed. Results 87 cases of cephalosporin ADR, over the age of 60 accounted for the largest proportion of elderly, reaching 39.1%, the least adverse reactions occurred in the age group of 10 to 20 years old, only 2 cases, accounting for 2.3%; drugs Adverse reactions were most frequently reported as pharmacists, with 53 cases accounting for 60.9% of the total cases and only 34 cases reported by clinical staff, accounting for 39.1%. ADR caused by third generation cephalosporins was the highest, 62 cases 71.3%, followed by second-generation cephalosporins in 22 cases, accounting for 25.3%; the most common clinical manifestations of skin and appendage injuries, a total of 80 cases, accounting for 70.2%. Conclusions Should pay attention to the monitoring of adverse drug reactions and related knowledge of publicity to avoid or reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and promote clinical rational use of drugs.
