对四川省石渠县首次从自毙青海田鼠(Microtusfuscus)体内分离的疑似鼠疫菌的鉴定结果表明,被试菌株具有鼠疫菌特有的形态染色特征及培养特性;在22℃培养能被鼠疫噬菌体完全裂解;主要生化特性为甘油(+)、鼠李糖(+)、密二糖(+)、麦芽糖(+)、脱氮(-);毒力因子为FI+、Pgm+、PstI+、VW-;对小白鼠的最小致死量(MLD)介于103~105之间;在具有鉴别意义的试验项目上能与假结核菌区别。根据我国鼠疫诊断标准,可以确认石渠县分离的5株疑似菌株为鼠疫菌
The identification of the suspected Yersinia pestis in Shiqu County of Sichuan Province for the first time from Microtusfuscus showed that the tested strains had the characteristic morphological staining and culture characteristics of Y. pestis and could be completely lysed by phage plague at 22 ℃ ; The main biochemical characteristics were glycerol (+), rhamnose (+), mesacoside (+), maltose (+) and denitrification (-); virulence factors were FI +, Pgm +, PstI +, VW-; The minimum lethal dose (MLD) of rats ranged from 103 to 105; it could be distinguished from pseudotuberculosis in test items of differential significance.
