各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,防城港区,区直各委、办、厅、局:根据财政部《关于临时下放农林特产税减免审批权的通知》([89]财农税字第113号)和《中华人民共和国民族区域自治法》第三十五条的有关规定精神,并征求了部分市、县的意见,决定对我区部分农林特产税作适当调减,现通知如下:一、对部分税率偏高的应税农林特产产品,计征税率适当调低。(1)海、淡水产
