圆弧齿轮传动设计中,诸如工作应力、极限应力等设计参数及其影响因素很多都具有模糊性。为对模糊性进行定量分析处理,本文运用模糊论方法建立了以模糊可靠度等为约束条件,以体积最小为目标的优化数学模型。求解时,则采用了混合离散变量优化方法,以避免优化结果因齿数等离散变量圆整所引起的劣化。实例表明,模糊可靠性优化设计是一种更具科学性、更符合客观实际要求的设计方法。
Arc gear drive design, such as work stress, stress and other design parameters and its influencing factors are fuzzy. In order to quantitatively analyze the fuzziness, this paper uses fuzzy theory to establish the optimal mathematical model with fuzzy reliability as the constraint condition and the minimum volume as the goal. When solving, the hybrid discrete variable optimization method is adopted to avoid the deterioration of the optimization result caused by the rounding of discrete variables such as the number of teeth. The example shows that the fuzzy reliability optimization design is a more scientific and more in line with the objective and practical requirements of the design method.
