一年一度的新疆电视界优秀节目评奖,3月中旬在乌鲁木齐揭晓。参评的汉、维、哈、蒙、柯五种语言的100多件各类节目有10件荣获一等奖,45件分获二、三等奖。综析本届获奖作品,新闻片水平比上两届有明显超越,突出了电视特点;多数作品具有鲜明的地域特色,另有相当一部分参评片的质量同往年相比却徘徊不前。我作为参评人谈点看法。一、新闻观念普遍增强,新闻片水平显著提高,是本届评奖呈现出的最令人鼓舞的新趋向。电视台,是新闻单位;电视节目,应以新闻为主体。为此,电视新闻片的水平是衡量电视宣传工作优劣的重要依据。可喜的是,本届的新闻片水平明显地超过了往年,其主要原因是,1992年自治区以经济建设为中心的改革开放成绩显著,“东联西出”举措得力,效益颇佳,首届乌洽会、开放边境口岸、兰新铁路复线动工、培育社会主义市场经济
