随着教育改革的不断深入,所谓“师者,传道授业解惑也”已经不再适应时代的需要。现在的教师应该是一个恰到好处的设计者,平易近人的指导者,客观公正的成果验收者。但在现实的教学中我们大多数教师仍然是高高在上,我行我素的传道者,结果让学生感受不到成长的快乐,成功的自信,使学生的创造力丧失和对学习的冷漠。然而近年来在教育领域兴起的生本教育是对新课程核心理念清晰明确的阐释,它所倡导的教育理念打破了传统的教育方式,是新课程教育理念可操作性的实践模式。
With the continuous deepening of education reform, the so-called “teachers and preachers” have ceased to meet the needs of the times. The present teacher should be a proper designer, an approachable guide, an objective and impartial result acceptor. However, most of our teachers in the teaching of reality are still pre-eminent and preachers of our own behavior. As a result, our students can not feel the joy of growth, the success of self-confidence, the loss of creativity of students and the indifference to learning. However, the birth-oriented education emerging in the field of education in recent years is a clear and definite explanation of the core concept of the new curriculum. The education concept advocated by it breaks the traditional mode of education and is an operable mode of practice for the educational concept of the new curriculum.
