目的研究局部亚低温对脑梗死患者白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。方法随机将60例急性脑梗死患者分为局部亚低温组和常规治疗组,同时设健康对照组22例;常规治疗组应用药物治疗,局部亚低温组在药物治疗基础上加用局部亚低温治疗,观察两组患者发病第1、3、7天血清IL-8和ICAM-1的变化。结果两组患者发病第1天血清IL-8和ICAM-1水平均高于健康对照组;第3天常规治疗组IL-8和和ICAM-1水平达高峰,局部亚低温组下降,明显低于常规治疗组;在发病第7天,局部亚低温组血清IL-8和ICAM-1仍明显低于常规治疗组。结论颅脑局部亚低温治疗可显著降低急性脑梗死患者血清IL-8和ICAM-1浓度,减轻脑梗死后炎症反应,保护缺血脑组织。
Objective To investigate the effects of local mild hypothermia on interleukin-8 (IL-8) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into local mild hypothermia group and conventional treatment group, while 22 healthy control subjects were given routine drug treatment. The local mild hypothermia group was treated with local mild hypothermia The changes of serum IL-8 and ICAM-1 on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day of onset in both groups were observed. Results The serum levels of IL-8 and ICAM-1 on the first day after onset were higher in both groups than those in the healthy control group. The levels of IL-8 and ICAM-1 in the routine treatment group reached a peak at the third day, and were significantly lower in the local mild hypothermia group In the routine treatment group, IL-8 and ICAM-1 levels in the local mild hypothermia group were still significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group on the 7th day of onset. Conclusion Local mild hypothermia can significantly reduce the concentration of serum IL-8 and ICAM-1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction, reduce the inflammatory reaction after cerebral infarction, and protect the ischemic brain tissue.
