善用“望远镜”把握方向。“不谋万世者,不足谋一时;不谋全局者,不足谋一隅。”领导干部在做决策时要胸怀全局,着眼长远,要跳出个人一时一地的荣辱利害,高瞻远瞩,高屋建瓴。只有这样,才能在实际工作中审时度势,因势利导,内外兼顾,趋利避害,从而把握发展方向,用好发展机遇,创造发展条件,掌握发展全局,多干打基础、利长远的事。
Good use of “telescope” to grasp the direction. “Leading cadres should take the overall situation into consideration when making decisions and look forward to the long term. They should jump out of personal honor and disgrace once and for all. They must have a long-term vision and a high standard of accommodation.” Only in this way can we take stock of the situation in the actual work, make the best use of it, take both internal and external considerations into account, and seek advantages and avoid disadvantages so as to seize the direction of development, make good use of opportunities for development, create conditions for development, master the overall development, and lay more foundation for and benefit the long-term.
