本文对我院93年1月～94年7月间100例小儿肺炎随机分为两组,分别采用肺俞药物敷贴、特定电滋波(TDP)照射治疗和常规治疗结果报告如下。 临床资料和结果 一般资料:治疗组(肺俞药物敷贴和TDP照射)50例,年龄2个月～12岁,对照组(常规治疗)50例,年龄45天～12岁。两组患儿均有不同程度的咳嗽、气促、肺部罗音等。 方法:治疗组采用肺俞药物敷贴及TDP照射治疗,肺俞敷贴药物为白芥子药饼<《脉方正案》),取炒白芥子、面粉各等份,将白芥子研末,取30克与等量面粉加水调和,分二等份以纱布包好,敷贴双肺俞处,再用TDP辅射仪单头照射该处5～10分钟,每日1次,使局部皮温保持在37～40C,照射完检查1次,如见皮肤发红即可去药,连敷3天为1疗程。对发热患儿可先退热再施行该法,如贴药照射时皮肤感觉灼痛,可提前取下。～～ 结果:治疗组痊愈43人,好转6人,无效1人;对照组痊愈42人,好转6入,无效2人。
