以含稀土磷灰石精矿为原料,研究了稀土和磷综合回收利用的新工艺,开发了“化学选矿-酸化-水浸-沉淀稀土”和“脱钙-氨中和-蒸发造粒”两条技术路线分别对稀土和磷进行综合回收利用,并副产石膏。结果显示,得到的稀土粗产品中REO含量40.35%,REO回收率86.25%;制备的磷肥中P_2O_5含量15.74%,总氮含量25.4%,磷回收率94.74%。新工艺技术指标优良,资源综合利用率高,处理含稀土磷灰石精矿合理有效。
Using rare earth apatite concentrate as raw material, the new technology of comprehensive recovery and utilization of rare earth and phosphorus was researched and developed “chemical mineral processing - acidification - water immersion - rare earth precipitation” and “decalcification - ammonia neutralization - evaporation Granulation ”two technical routes were comprehensive recycling of rare earth and phosphorus, and by-product gypsum. The results showed that the content of REO was 40.35% and the recovery rate of REO was 86.25%. The P2O5 content in the prepared phosphate fertilizer was 15.74%, the total nitrogen content was 25.4% and the phosphorus recovery was 94.74%. New technology and excellent technical indicators, comprehensive utilization of resources, dealing with rare earth apatite concentrate is reasonable and effective.
