道德具有超强稳定性 ;道德不但具有调适现实社会关系的作用 ,更具有价值目标导向功能。经济 形态的改变不会使社会道德要求发生质的突变。在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,不但应反对只强调集体主义而 忽视社会公德建设的观点 ,更应反对“以社会公德超越 (或取代 )集体主义”的论调。在社会主义精神文 明建设中 ,集体主义是价值目标导向 ,社会公德是基础工程 ,它们是社会主义精神文明的两大支柱 ,是 现代道德文明建设的两架马车
Morality has super stability. Morality not only has the function of adapting the realistic social relations, but also has the function of value-oriented. Changes in economic form will not cause a qualitative change in the moral requirements of society. Under the socialist market economy, we should not only oppose the idea of emphasizing collectivism but neglecting the construction of social morals, but should also oppose the argument of “surpassing (or substituting for) collectivism with social morality.” In the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, collectivism is the goal of value orientation and social morality is the basic project. They are the two pillars of the socialist spiritual civilization and the two wagons of the construction of modern moral civilization
