本文回顾分析我呼吸内科自2006年8月至2009年12月不明原因胸腔积液患者共81例,探讨内科胸腔镜对胸腔积液的诊断价值。1资料和方法1.1一般资料:我科自2006年8月至2009年12月采用可弯曲内科电子胸腔镜诊断不明原因的胸腔积液81例。
This retrospective analysis of my respiratory medicine since August 2006 to December 2009 in patients with unexplained pleural effusion, a total of 81 cases, to explore the value of medical thoracoscopy in the diagnosis of pleural effusion. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: Our department from August 2006 to December 2009 using flexible internal medicine thoracoscopy diagnosis of unexplained pleural effusion in 81 cases.
