目的:用脉冲场凝胶电泳对一起食物中毒所分离的汤卜逊沙门菌进行同源性分析。方法:对分离的沙门菌进行生化鉴定、血清学分型、药敏试验后,进行PFGE检测并用Bio Numerics软件对PFGE分型图谱进行分析并绘出聚类分析图。结果:此次食物中毒分离到8株沙门菌,其中5株是从病人大便或肛拭分离,1株是从厨房抹布分离,2株是从剩余食物分离。经PFGE分析,病人的5株和剩余羊肉的1株完全相同,牛肉和抹布中的2株有1~2条电泳条带的差异。结论:此次食物中毒是由羊肉携带的汤卜逊沙门菌引起。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the homology of Salmonella typs isolated from food poisoning by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. Methods: The isolated Salmonella biochemical identification, serological typing, susceptibility testing, PFGE detection and Bio Numerics software PFGE typing map analysis and draw a cluster analysis. Results: Eight Salmonella strains were isolated from the food poisoning. Among them, five were isolated from the stool or anal swab, one from the kitchen rag and two from the remaining food. According to the PFGE analysis, there were 1 to 2 electrophoresis bands in two strains of beef and rags, which were identical between the five patients and one of the remaining lambs. Conclusion: The food poisoning is caused by Salmonella typhimurium carried by lamb.
