随着国民经济的发展以及环保标准的提高,我国特别是沿海地区对燃油燃气锅炉的需求日益增加,但是影响锅炉安全经济运行的防爆门装置,仍然沿用五十年代的结构形式,既笨重,安装也不方便,一般为铸铁件,损坏了不易修复,严重制约了锅炉质量的提高。 我们在总结前人经验的基础上,经过多次的改进,终于设计了一种新颖可靠的防爆门装置,解决了以往防爆门存在的种种弊病,使燃油燃气锅炉的运行达到了安全经济的目的。 图1、2、3为3种防爆门装置的结构图,其性能特点叙述如下。
With the development of the national economy and the improvement of environmental protection standards, the demand for fuel gas boilers in our country, especially in the coastal areas, is increasing day by day. Based on the previous experience of our predecessors, after many improvements, we finally designed a novel and reliable explosion-proof door device to solve the shortcomings of the past explosion-proof doors, so that the operation of the gas-fired gas boiler to achieve a safe and economical purpose . Figure 1, 2, 3 for the three kinds of explosion-proof door device structure, the performance characteristics described below.
