贵州省六枝矿务局破产被拍卖 我国最大一宗煤炭企业破产财产整体拍 卖1999年12月10日落槌。贵州省六枝矿务 局破产财产以8800万元的价格拍卖成交。六枝矿务局是贵州三大矿务局之一,始建于1958年,年核定生产能力为156万吨。由于资源质量差,开采条件恶劣,长期严重亏损,扭亏无望,1999年9月4日被贵州省六盘水市中级人民法院宣告破产。本次拍卖标的是六枝矿务局除职工宿舍、医院、学校等公益性资产和为职工提供生活保障的公共设施以外的破产财产,包括6个煤矿、2个施工企业,另外还有17个辅助附属企业,工业生产建筑面积389万平方米,工业设备4963台(套)。六枝矿务局是去年全国煤炭行业首批关闭破产的14家国有煤炭企业之一。拍卖的买受人贵州省煤炭实业总公司将按政策规定,妥善安置六枝矿务局原有在册和离退休职工近3万人。
The bankruptcy of the Liuzhi Mining Bureau of Guizhou Province was auctioned off. The auction of the bankruptcy property of China’s largest coal company collapsed on December 10, 1999. The bankrupt property of the Liuzhi Mining Bureau of Guizhou Province was auctioned at an auction price of 88 million yuan. The Liuzhi Mining Bureau is one of the three major mining bureaus in Guizhou. It was established in 1958 and has an annual production capacity of 1.56 million tons. Due to poor quality of resources, poor mining conditions, serious long-term losses, and no hope of turning losses away, it was declared bankrupt by the Intermediate People’s Court of Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, on September 4, 1999. The subject of the auction is the bankrupt property of the Liuzhi Mining Bureau, except for public welfare assets such as staff quarters, hospitals, and schools, and public facilities that provide life support for employees, including six coal mines, two construction companies, and another 17 Assisted affiliated enterprises, industrial production construction area of 3.89 million square meters, 4973 sets of industrial equipment (sets). The Liuzhi Mining Bureau was one of the first batch of 14 state-owned coal enterprises that closed down in bankruptcy in the national coal industry last year. The Guizhou Coal Industry Corporation, the buyer of the auction, will implement the policy to properly relocate the six former members of the Liuzi Mining Bureau to nearly 30,000 retired employees.
