进入90年代以来,信息化的浪潮席卷全球,加速发展中的中国,也提出了自己的“三金”工程。很快,多个部委的“金字”工程相继出台,称“金系列”工程。许多外国公司不失时机地提出“愿为中国的信息化做贡献”的口号,看好中国的巨大市场。面对举国上下一浪高过一浪的信息热,积极参与者有之,冷眼旁观者有之,更多的人对此不甚了解。现代科技的发展,使落后国家通过跨跃式进步而后来居上成为可能。虽说我国信息化的底子极薄,但即使再困难也要了解和投身于全球信息化的大潮,可以说,我们这一代人也许就是这次信息化革命的主要参与者和承担者。

We can say that this generation of our generation may be the main participant and the undertaker of the information revolution.
