切近分析、表述青工恋爱婚姻观的变革程度、变更方向,是研究、探讨改革中青年的思想观念、行为方式、生活方式变化的重要内容,是评价、预测青年以什么样的态度和方式认可社会、选择生活的价值尺度之一。最近,我们通过对部分青工的调查发现,随着改革进一步向纵深的拓延、推进和对外开放后日益扩大的外部世界的影响,青工的选偶观呈现以下九大变化趋势: 一、精神需求显著增长随着文化素质、审美能力的普遍提高和经济上的自立,青工选择对象已从重对方的地位、相貌、家庭背景等外在型转向重对方的人品、才识、性格等内在型,即从重物质,转向重精神。许多青年认为,丰裕的物质生活并不等于爱情的幸福,他们确信,精神生活在现代社会的比重
