深入开展“三讲”教育是事关党和国家前途命运的大事,也是事关高教事业发展和高校党的建设及领导班子、领导干部队伍建设的系统工程。要使这项教育取得较好成效,就必须用整风精神来指导和实践。认真看书和学习的风气是深入开展“三讲”教育的前提和基础;理论联系实际及批评与自我批评的风气是深入开展“三讲”教育的根本和关键;发扬党内民主、认真走群众路线的风气是深入开展“三讲”教育的有效途径和根本保证。
Carrying out the “three stresses” education in depth is a major event concerning the future and destiny of the party and the country. It is also a systematic project that relates to the development of the cause of higher education and the building of the party structure in universities and the contingent of leading bodies and leading cadres. For this education to achieve better results, we must use the spirit of rectification to guide and practice. The atmosphere of serious reading and learning is the precondition and basis for carrying out the “three stresses” education in depth. The ethics of linking theory with practice and criticism and self-criticism are the foundation and key to launching the “three stresses” education in depth. The trend of the route is an effective way and a fundamental guarantee for further carrying out the “three stresses” education.
