目的:探讨子宫颈鳞癌组织中上皮性钙黏附蛋白(Ecadherin,Ecad)、CD44V6和nm23H1的表达。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术,以14例正常宫颈上皮为对照,分别检测94例子宫颈浸润性鳞癌(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期59例,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期35例,高分化(Ⅰ级)23例,中等分化(Ⅱ级)46例,低分化(Ⅲ级)25例)及其中46例淋巴结转移组织中Ecad、CD44V6和nm23H1的蛋白表达。结果:正常宫颈、宫颈癌组织及淋巴结转移组织中Ecad蛋白、CD44V6、nm23H1蛋白阳性表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ecad,CD44V6的表达均与组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关,nm23H1仅与临床分期和淋巴结转移相关(P均<0.05)。子宫颈鳞癌组织中,Ecad表达与CD44V6表达呈负相关(r=-0.225,P<0.05),CD44V6表达与nm23H1表达呈负相关(r=-0.282,P<0.05)。结论:Ecad、CD44V6和nm23H1可能直接参与子宫颈鳞癌的浸润、转移过程。
Objective: To investigate the expression of E-cadherin (Ecad), CD44V6 and nm23H1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect 94 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix with 14 cases of normal cervical epithelium as the control (59 cases in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ, 35 cases in stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ, 23 cases in well-differentiated stage Ⅰ, 46 cases were moderately differentiated (grade Ⅱ), 25 cases were poorly differentiated (grade Ⅲ), and the protein expressions of Ecad, CD44V6 and nm23H1 in 46 cases of lymph node metastasis. Results: The positive expressions of Ecad protein, CD44V6 and nm23H1 protein in normal cervix, cervical cancer and lymph node metastasis were all significantly different (P <0.05). The expressions of Ecad and CD44V6 were all related to histological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Nm23H1 was only associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (all P <0.05). In cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of Ecad was negatively correlated with the expression of CD44V6 (r = -0.225, P <0.05). The expression of CD44V6 was negatively correlated with the expression of nm23H1 (r = -0.282, P <0.05). Conclusion: Ecad, CD44V6 and nm23H1 may directly participate in the invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
