According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, a new study found that if a man sleeps for less than 5 hours for seven days in a row, the male hormone level will be significantly reduced, and libido will be greatly reduced. The survey recruited 10 men from the University of Chicago campus. They average 24 and are in good health.
