同志们,刚才听了王大刚院长对《山东农业科学》办刊30年来所取得成绩的回顾以及陆主席和朱老的讲话,我深有感触,《山东农业科学》办刊30年来,确实象朱老的题词所说“回顾过去,成绩辉煌,瞻望未来,任重道远”。总的来说,我们坚持了普及与提高相结合的办刊方针,一方面反映了山东农业科学技术发展的水平,另一方面又满足了广大农村技术人员在迅速推广普及农业科学技术方面的强烈需求,得到了广大读者的好评,也受到了各方面领导同志的支持与关怀。办刊水平越来越高,我认为有以下几方面的原因。
