基于榆阳煤矿房柱式开采的工艺要求,应用极限强度、逐步破坏理论、FLAC3D数值模拟设计房柱式开采采房和煤柱的相关参数,现场实测了煤柱的变形规律和应力分布状况,证明了煤柱在房采过程中按照优化设计采留比的稳定性,并且回采率提高16%左右,达到了在确保安全的基础上有效利用资源的目的。
Based on the technical requirements of chamber-column mining in Yuyang coal mine, the ultimate strength was used to gradually destroy the theory. The FLAC3D numerical simulation was used to design the parameters related to the mining and coal pillar mining. The field deformation and stress distribution were measured on site, It proves the stability of the pillars in the process of house mining according to the optimal design of the ratio of the recovery ratio and the recovery rate of about 16%, which achieves the goal of making effective use of resources on the basis of ensuring safety.
