借鉴治理理论与组织网络的相关理论,从执政党社会整合功能的重构出发,提出着眼于包容性与开放度的区域化党建的组织网络架构思路。剖析苏南城乡基层党组织网络的构建路径,对突破传统组织体系和治理结构的城乡统筹网络化组织系统,促进形成“条块互补”“、纵横结合”的党的基层组织网络体系作了论述。
