目的了解南通市区居民食品安全相关行为现状,为采取进一步的宣教干预提供依据。方法自行设计《食品安全行为调查问卷》,采用现场拦截抽样调查的方法对南通市区290名居民进行问卷调查,随后计算每一道题的应答率和构成比,并对不同性别、年龄和学历组间采用构成比χ2检验比较。结果南通市区居民在食品安全行为中存在一些问题,例如:购买到劣质食品时,42.41%的人自认倒霉,不再追究;38.62%的居民无所谓就餐点有无卫生许可证;面对熟食工作人员不安全的卫生行为,34.14%的人有意见但不指出,还有13.45%的人表示无所谓。结论南通市区居民在遇到食品安全问题时维权意识还不高,并且在一些食品安全行为上存在不少问题。
Objective To understand the status quo of food safety related behaviors of residents in Nantong City and provide evidence for further mission intervention. Methods The Questionnaire on Food Safety Behavior was designed by ourselves. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 290 residents in Nantong City by field interception sampling survey. Then the response rate and composition ratio of each question were calculated. The questionnaires of different gender, age and education group Between the use of composition than χ2 test comparison. Results Nantong residents had some problems in their food safety behaviors. For example, 42.41% of them think they are unlucky when purchasing inferior food, 38.62% of residents do not care whether they have a health permit or not. When faced with cooked food 34.14% of the respondents made comments but did not point out that 13.45% said they did not matter. Conclusion Residents in Nantong City in the face of food safety awareness of rights is not high, and in some food safety behavior there are many problems.
