胸骨因其解剖位置特殊,投照难度大,用常规法投照或分层摄影,很难获得满意的正位片,给胸骨部位疼痛的诊断特别是排除肿瘤造成一定困难。笔者采用接触法(不用增感屏)、近距离、低电压、低毫安、长时间和呼吸运动下投照,经66例应用获得满意效果(拍(?)的片子胸骨轮廓清楚锐利,骨纹清晰,胸锁关节及肋骨前端结构明确,胸骨以外组织适当模糊)。现介绍如下。一、材料与方法 1.材料与准备 (1)用包胶片黑纸制成信封式内外袋各1只,为避免漏光,粘缝最好在一边。内袋为20cm×25cm(8×10吋),袋口可不留反折边。外袋比内袋长宽约0.3cm,粘好后用书本压倒楞。使用时先将胶片20cm×25cm(8×10吋)装入内袋,袋口的一头先插入外袋内,装好片后用回形针别住外袋口,以免漏光。(2)取装25cm×30cm(10×12时)胶片的
