多糖、糖蛋白的研究是近年来国内外新兴的研究课题,生物系生物化学教研室张翼伸教授,是我国从事多糖研究起步较早的,在国内做了大量的、开拓性的研究工作。她主要从事植物多糖、真菌多糖系列研究。研究的内容涉及较广,诸如多糖的分离、分级、纯化、结构确定、生物活性、化学修饰,结构与功能的关系,多糖与蛋白质的关系,以及多粮的金属络合物等。已在国内外学术刊物上发表论文60多篇。多数发表在生物学科一级学报上。如
Studies on polysaccharides and glycoproteins are emerging research topics at home and abroad in recent years. Professor Zhang Yishen, a professor of Biology Department of Biochemistry, started his research on polysaccharides earlier in our country and done a lot of pioneering research work in China. She is mainly engaged in plant polysaccharides, fungal polysaccharides series.
