在水温 2 0 .5± 0 .5℃和海水盐度 2 9.3的条件下 ,盘鲍幼体在受精后约 72h获得附着能力 .GABA(γ 氨基丁酸 ) 2~ 1 0 0 0 μmol/dm3 GABA可有效诱导幼体的附着 ,其中 1 0 0 0 μmol/dm3 GABA在 3.5h内诱导 1 0 0 %的幼体附着 .添加K+可以诱导盘鲍幼体的附着行为反应 ,但不能促使幼体的实质性附着 .同种成体的足粘液对诱导幼体的附着是有效的 ,附着性硅藻特别是卵形藻也有很高的诱导活性 .当适宜的附着基底缺乏时 ,幼体有变态延迟现象
