氧氟沙星脂质体和无药脂质体由注入法制备,并用紫外分光光度计检测和光学显微镜观察。兔角膜实质接种绿脓杆菌,制成绿脓杆菌角结膜炎模型。无药脂质体为对照组,氧氟沙星脂质体和氧氟沙星滴眼剂为实验组。观察治疗前后结膜和角膜病变,并收集结膜囊分泌物进行培养。结膜病变显示,给药后第2、4、7天,两实验组与对照组相比都有显著性差异,第2天,氧氟沙星脂质体组明显好于氧氟沙星滴眼剂组。角膜病变显示,给药后第2、4、7天,氧氟沙星脂质体组好于对照组,有显著性差异。第7天,氧氟沙星滴眼剂组与对照组相比有显著性差异。细菌培养结果显示,给药后第2天,两实验组与对照组相比,有显著性差异。第7天,氧氟沙星脂质体组和氧氟沙星滴眼剂组的培养阳性率都增加了,但氧氟沙星滴眼剂组阳性率的增加程度高于氧氟沙星脂质体组。氧氟沙星脂质体和氢氟沙星滴眼剂都可用来治疗绿脓杆菌角结膜炎,氧氟沙星脂质体的作用优于氧氟沙星滴眼剂。
Ofloxacin liposomes and drug-free liposomes prepared by injection method, and with UV spectrophotometer detection and optical microscopy. Rabbit corneal inoculum Pseudomonas aeruginosa, made of Pseudomonas aeruginosa conjunctivitis model. Drug-free liposomes as the control group, ofloxacin liposomes and ofloxacin eye drops for the experimental group. Conjunctival and corneal lesions were observed before and after treatment, and the conjunctival secretions were collected for culture. Conjunctival lesions showed that there were significant differences between the two experimental groups and the control group on the 2nd, 4th, and 7th days after administration, and on the 2nd day, the ofloxacin liposome group was significantly better than that of ofloxacin Group. Corneal lesions showed that onloxacin liposomes group was better than the control group on days 2, 4 and 7 after administration, with significant difference. The 7th day, ofloxacin eye drops group compared with the control group were significantly different. Bacterial culture results showed that on the second day after administration, there were significant differences between the two experimental groups and the control group. On day 7, the positive rates of ofloxacin liposomes and ofloxacin eye drops were increased, but the positive rate of ofloxacin eye drops was higher than that of ofloxacin Plastid group. Ofloxacin liposomes and hydrofloxacin eye drops can be used to treat P. aeruginosa keratoconjunctivitis, ofloxacin liposomes better than ofloxacin eye drops.
