在目前的学术期刊体系中,多数高校社科学报处于底层。工具理性思维的泛滥,导致高校社科学报生存空间被严重挤压,而现行的学术评价体系,导致学报社会地位进一步被边缘化。不少学报一味迎合评价体系,以致自我的迷失。本文认为,高校社科学报应该以公共学术平台为发展目标,由综合性期刊逐步向专业化期刊转型;努力构建在线学术平台,带动期刊的专业化、特色化和集约化发展;创新体制机制,协同发展;融入学术共同体,回归学术,从而促进高校社科学报可持续发展。
In the current system of academic journals, most colleges and universities social science journals are at the bottom. The proliferation of rational thinking tools led to the survival of college social science journal was severely squeezed, and the current academic evaluation system, leading to further social status of the journal marginalized. Many journal blindly meet the evaluation system, resulting in self-lost. This paper argues that college social science journals should take the public academic platform as the development goal, from comprehensive journal to gradual transition to specialized journal, and strive to build an online academic platform to promote the specialization, specialization and intensive development of journals; to innovate institutional mechanisms, Collaborative development; into the academic community, return to academic, so as to promote the sustainable development of college social science journals.
