档案作为活动的真实记录,在我国已经存在了很长的一段时期,它是一种重要的信息资源,可以为接下来的活动提供指导。随着时代的发展和社会经济的进步,特别是科学技术的不断革新,传统的人事档案管理模式逐渐暴露了很多的问题,制约档案效能的发挥,影响工作效率。针对这个问题,就可以在人事档案管理中积极应用无线射频识别技术。本文简要分析了无线射频识别技术在人事档案管理中的应用,希望可以提供一些有价值的参考意见。
Archives, as a true record of activities, has existed in our country for a long time and it is an important information resource that can provide guidance for the following activities. With the development of the times and the progress of society and economy, especially the constant innovation of science and technology, the traditional personnel file management mode has gradually exposed many problems, restricted the exertion of file efficiency and affected the work efficiency. In response to this problem, we can actively apply RFID technology in the management of personnel files. This article briefly analyzes the application of radio frequency identification technology in personnel file management, hoping to provide some valuable suggestions for reference.
