胰腺癌是恶性程度极高的肿瘤之一,因其缺乏特异性的症状及检测手段而使多数患者不能获得早期诊断及治疗,从而导致病死率高,5年生存率低。寻找胰腺癌早期诊断的标志物成为改善胰腺癌预后的首要任务。蛋白质组学是发展迅速的一门学科,在寻找胰腺癌特异性标志物研究中的价值已经被逐渐肯定,而表面增强激光解吸电离-飞行时间-质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)技术的应用又为胰腺癌早期诊断标志物的寻找提供了新的道路。作者综述了近年此方面的研究进展。
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant tumors. Because of its lack of specific symptoms and detection methods, most patients can not get early diagnosis and treatment, resulting in high mortality and low 5-year survival rate. Looking for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer markers become the primary task to improve the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. Proteomics is a fast-growing subject and its value in the search for pancreatic cancer-specific markers has been gradually confirmed, and the application of surface-enhanced laser desorption / ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) It provides a new way to find the early diagnostic markers of pancreatic cancer. The author summarizes the research progress in this area in recent years.
