一、对教师角色的定位反思皮亚杰的建构主义教学理论曾经指出:学生的学习以及知识的意义建构是学生依靠学习资料和学习伙伴自主形成的,不是经过老师的传授获得的。这一理论指导下的新课改强调师生角色的大转换,更新了教学理念。新课改的重要理念就是师生角色的转换,强调学生在教学活动中的主体性和主动性;教师不再是一人独掌课堂,而是放下身段,与学生平等交流,民主相处。所以对教学的反思,首先应该思考教师在教学中的地位是否
