本文报告了1047例石膏样毛癣菌病。男479例,女568例;年龄最小1个月,最大70岁;以秋季最常见。起病较急,皮损炎症较明显,以面癣的发病率最高。作者发现石膏样毛癣菌病为发内外型。用石蜡切片,乳酸酚棉蓝染色法检查该菌效果好,值得推荐。发病季节和患者的分布提示人癣与畜癣密切相关。因此,防治畜癣对人类有重要意义。本文还总结了治疗经验。
This article reports 1047 cases of gypsum-like trichophyton disease. 479 males and 568 females; the youngest one month, maximum 70 years old; the most common in autumn. More acute onset, inflammation of the skin more obvious to the highest incidence of ringworm. The authors found plaster-like Trichophyton disease as a hair inside and outside. With paraffin sections, lactobacillus phenol cotton blue staining method to check the effect of the bacteria, it is recommended. The onset of the season and the distribution of patients suggest that human ringworm and animal ringworm are closely related. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of livestock ringworm is of great significance to human beings. This article also summarizes the treatment experience.
